It's bad joojoo to call a hat trick before it happens. Good for you though. I'd be thrilled to put even one deal together today. January has been brutal.

We're doing okay here in Volvo country, but believe it or not...I'm having more trouble BUYING calls from people for Auto Trader!

"Hey, come on in and I'll GIVE you money? What? You're not interested? Then why did you take the time to do an online ad!?"

You can't make it personal. That's just what the job is. There's a reason most dealerships are a revolving door. The veterans stick around forever, and most everyone else leaves.
